Description of the itinerary: Based on Alberto Abate Diaries who walked from Stade in Germany to Rome during XIII century, thousands of pilgrims followed the route that became Via Romea Germanica. This itinerary runs along one of the most fascinating segments, crossing Tosco-Romagnolo Apennine until the border between Tuscany and Umbria, reaching the symbolic places of the medieval spirituality: Camaldoli, La Verna e le Celle.
